Wednesday, Jan 6th
1 mile walk on treadmill
6 miles on bike
Thursday, Jan 7th
Week 1 Running Mate, 31 mins on treadmill 1.75 mi
Friday, Jan 8th
Week 1 Running Mate, 28 mins on treadmill 1.5 mi
Saturday, Jan 9th
No activity as we went out and made it home too late
