Plan on blogging more later-just starting my food log before I forget.

Breakfast-
slim fast shake

Lunch-
leftovers from last night. But I took the buffalo chicken breast off the bun and just ate the meat.

Dinner-
turkey and cheddar pita wrap from Target with a Nantucket Nectar lemonade.

Snack-
4 kashi stoneground wheat crackers with whipped cream cheese and smoked salmon
